AI email glossary.
These words arrive in feature lists and release notes, where nothing defines them: a product offers triage, snoozing, VIP contacts and a morning briefing, and none of those tells you what happens to your mail tomorrow. Each entry takes one term and settles it: what the word covers, what it excludes, what else the same thing gets called, and where two products using the same word are selling different behavior. VIP means three separate things. A follow-up reminder points at mail you sent, snoozing at mail you received. Quarantined mail sits outside your mailbox altogether, and somebody other than you may decide when it leaves. Take the one you came for; each stands on its own.
